thanks for posting the link to the paper. It is good to have documented research like this and to keep the findings in mind. I thought the picture that you posted where a man had a poster 'Levon King' was an odd shot but apparently it is a widely held view that the president is king and not a civil servant working for the voter. 

Basic ideas like that are apparently missing among the population. They need to be educated about the basics of democracy and human rights. It's hard to believe that the development of the thought during the past two centuries is absent from the everyday thinking of an average Armenian citizen.</description>
