Interestingly, Seyran Saroyan reportedly switched to Ter-Petrossian's side during the presidential election:

Anyway, yeah, I wish we had a better parliament too.

I think the best would be, to take of SS and LTP and all the parliament with them to hell. I mean who is Dodi Gago? Wrestler/Criminal and Politician? No other country, well developed countries have this kind of Government.
I am just hoping, that perhaps the next next Generation would be normal, cause the next Generation that are going to become Politicians are the sons of the current Criminals and i wouldn't be surprised if they continue their Father's steps.
I was just reading article on Hetq and saw that Seyran Saroyan's Son can't be punished for killing someone and before he struck 2 kids. Thats Nonsense!
I feel sorry for Armenians and the fact that i can't help them.

Incidentally, here's what Ter-Petrossian said the week before the official pre-election campaign period began.

“Vazgen Manukian thinks that in 1996 he was elected president. I respect his opinion and belief. However, politics is neither opinion nor belief. Politics is a legal process connected with the state. After the elections Vazgen Manukian appealed to the Constitutional Court and submitted the records of over 1000 polling stations but he was unable to prove,” Levon Ter-Petrossian said.

“There were inaccuracies in some records. Thousands of such inaccuracies can be found in every election.

“It is a legal process. International observation mission observed irregularities, drawbacks in some polling stations, but they endorsed the outcome of the election,” Levon Ter-Petrossian says. According to him, international observers did not recognise the elections of Albania and Belarus, but they recognized the elections in Armenia in 1996.

Seems like all of that he considers that to be the proper approach to elections only when it suits him.
