		<description>I know how much pride Armenians feel every time when such evaluation is published somewhere in the west. Unfortunately, some people are upset not by the problems building up in the Armenian society, but by the negative impact that protests may have on such evaluations. And that became a state policy in Armenia, to pretend that everything is fine.... a nice reflection abuot that read here:
