E-Channel: More Recounts

E-Channel reports that trouble has been reported at PEC 5/21 when attempts were made to recount ballots. At another polling station, PEC 34/26, E-Channel also reports that a recount resulted in less votes for eight of the nine candidates running for last week’s presidential election.

[…] As a result of recalculation, the votes of the prime minister have decreased by 63, forming 378 ballots.

Almost all the candidates have “suffered” from re-calculation in this polling station. It turns out that Arthur Baghdasaryan has 305 ballots instead of 355; Artashes Geghamyan has 4 ballots instead of 3; Tigran Karapetyan has 5 ballots instead of 7; Vahan Hovhannisyan has 23 ballots instead of 25; Vazgen Manukyan has 1 ballot instead of 3; Arman Melikyan has 1 vote instead of 3, and Levon Ter-Petrossian has 215 ballots instead of 242.
