		<description>As far as I could judge, there might have been slightly less (note I use "might" and "slightly") marshrutkas and buses on the street yesterday afternoon right before the rally, but transport was certainly not disrupted. 

There were not enough marshrutkas to transport all the people waiting, but then again there were many, many more people waiting for marshrutkas on routes away from the center than is usually the case at that time of the day and there were even a lot more people than I usually see at the same busstops during evening rush hours. That is certainly also a factor to take into account when talking about disrupted public transport. I also saw quite a few (mini)buses driving into the center while I went out.

On the 19th when I took public transport at about 10:30 in the morning there were definitely a lot less marshrutkas and buses on the street than is usually the case even on a Sunday, but the amount had definitely picked up by 16:30. I agree that there was less transport available, yes, but saying there was hardly a marshrutka to be found on election day is  too much.</description>
