		<description>We were sent home from work shortly after 14:00 yesterday as precaution. Transport was fairly normal near Shrjanayin, but the buses and marshrutkas I saw were packed and there were many, many people waiting at the stops for transport out of the center. At that time transport was pretty much working normally.</description>
