Pre-Election Internet Activity

Writing for E-Channel, local blogger, journalist and analyst, Kornelij, takes a look at the level of online activity surrounding the 19 February presidential election in Armenia. The blogger concludes that while Internet penetration is low in Armenia, the impact of blogs and other online activity is proving an important component of official and unofficial campaigning.
