Artur Baghdasarian: Election Victory Promises
Mediamax reports that presidential candidate Artur Baghdasarian has promised that his “victory during the elections will lead to the start of an absolutely new dialogue between the authorities and NGOs.” Meanwhile, another candidate, Vazgen Manukian, promises to reduce profit tax from the 20 to 15 percent.
