		<description>To clarify... There are provisions for the PM to still be employed and be a candidate but that is in case the PM is also the acting president and even in that case s/he is not allowed to use his/her position for gaining any advantage in the electoral process.</description>

		<description>Another point that needs to be made, and unfortunately is never mentioned, is that the behavior of Serj Sargsian is illegal as well. Section one of article  78 of the electoral code prohibits a person to be a government employee and a presidential candidate at the same time. Obviously, SS has been breaking the law since his registration as a candidate.</description>

		<description>I think it's worth to point out that by the Armenian law, religious entities are barred from taking part in electoral campaigns. That Kchoyan fellow is discrediting the church by taking part in politics in such a transparent way.</description>
