Regional Pre-Election Meetings Face Delays
A1 Plus reports that planned pre-election campaign meetings and rallies by various presidential candidates outside the capital may have to be postponed because of adverse weather conditions in the regions.
“ArmHydroMeter” Centre forecasts heavy snow in the eastern regions of Armenia on January 30-31. Raging blizzard is expected in the highlands and foothills, in particular in Shirak, Lori and Gegharkunik. Air temperature will fall to 5-7 degrees. No snowstorm is expected on February 1-4.
Reminder: on January 29 Artashes Geghamian failed to meet residents of Gyumri because of snowstorm.
