Following the beating of a heckler at a pre-election campaign meeting by Levon Ter-Petrossian, one of the former president’s supporters instead attacks Public TV H1 for covering the unfortunate incident.

Yet another distortion of what I write.
First of all it’s not “supporters” but “a supporter”. Second, nowhere in the post there is an attack on the TV station. My criticism is directed towards the dirty tactics used by the regime.
Not at all. Indeed, rather than show any regret about the situation you instead try to imply that it was by design because H1 were present.
That’s even evident in the title of the post and your entry is solely about trying to downplay the incident by accusing what is a pro-government media outlet, but which was actually doing its job.
And Haylur just happened to be there…

Haylur, the main arm of the government propaganda machine, seems to be the only media outlet to have the video of the incident. The Haylur item is available at the bottom of this article.
In your second post referring to the incident you again fail to condemn the incident or even feel concerned about the first case of pre-election campaign violence.
Instead, you again try to make it seem as though Ter-Petrossian’s team are the victims when things turn nasty or when the violate the law and road safety regulations.

The Serj Sargsian and Robert Kocharian duo is raising the stakes in Armenia. They have started resorting to provocations as witnessed their attempt to create a skirmish and broadcast it across the country and try to smear LTP’s campaign. […]
Today they have impounded the vehicles used by LTP for his campaign.
Personally I think that those doing the beating need to be prosecuted and sentenced, and rather than simply cars being impounded, the drivers should also be put in front of the judge.
The law should apply to everyone and so far Ter-Petrossian’s team appear to be violating the most. What amazes me is more that more prosecutions aren’t coming given the total disregard shown for the law by Ter-Petrossian and his supporters.
Meanwhile, Ter-Petrossian and his time seem to be content with attempting to bring the republic to the verge of internal and potentially violent conflict. In my opinion, they should be campaigning instead of trying to kick start street protests.
Incidentally, I’m wondering whether Ter-Petrosian and his time aren’t trying to provoke clashes or a knee-jerk reaction from the authorities. Indeed, their campaign strategy to date seems to be designed with this in mind. Not sure why, though. So that any official response incurs the wrath of the international community? Or street protests and potential clashes on the streets? Both perhaps?
