Vahan Hovannisyan: Regions of Armenia must be Developed

Panorama.am reports that presidential candidate Vahan Hovannisyan told those attending yesterday’s pre-election campaign meetings in the north-eastern Tavush region of Armenia that the border areas of the country must be developed.
