Vahan Hovannisian: Karabakh Must Participate in Peace Talks
PanArmenian.Net reports that presidential hopeful Vahan Hovannisyan has been interviewed by the Military Diplomat magazine and touched upon the issue of the still unresolved conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the self-declared Republic of Nagorno Karabakh.
“It’s necessary to bring Nagorno Karabakh back to talks. I suppose that if these two issues are settled, there will be no need to look for alternative to the OSCE MG,” he said.
