Voters Lists & OVIR
ArmInfo reports that the Head of the Passport and Visa Department (OVIR), Colonel Alvina Zakaryan, says that there are currently 2,312,949 voters on the electoral register of the Republic of Armenia. According to the report, there were 2,285,830 on the list for last year’s parliamentary election.
Another mailshot by Haypost directed at voters will also occur. Mistakes and errors in the voters list can also be rectified by telephoning a special hotline (82-20 and 82-21) from 9.00-20.00 PM every day.
