Kocharian Hints at First Round Sargsyan Victory

RFE/RL reports that the Armenian president, Robert Kocharian, believes that the prime minister, Serge Sargsyan, will win next month’s presidential election in the first round. Opinion polls monitored and/or conducted by international polling organizations currently show Sargsyan enjoying a commanding lead over his nearest rivals.
