Armenia-Azerbaijan-Turkey Impasse

PanArmenian.Net quotes Zaman as saying that presidential elections in Armenia and Azerbaijan will not have a significant impact on the present authorities in both countries. The Turkish daily also says that Ankara is not expecting a breakthrough in continuing efforts to resolve the conflict over Nagorno Karabakh.
