I am glad that whatever I did set a precedent.  Hopefully all the candidates will give more importance to the sorry state of  IT in Armenia. 
Unfortunately none of the official websites has a blog and all are still in web1 era. There are feedback forms in some places but there is no sense of community.
By the way I find Sere Sargsyan website the funniest :)
The header banner cracks me. The big brother is with us :)</description>
