		<description>You know, Onnik, in case you are interested, what I would really like to know about is the ownership of Armenian utilities, healthcare, education, and banks in Armenia.  Something like an investigative report into the extent of privatization there, like how it was, how it is, and to whom and what the changes can be attributed.</description>
