Unfortunately, it's a fact of life that affects everyone here in positions of power, and that includes foreign workers at international organizations and diplomatic missions as well as the Diaspora. Everything is about abusing positions of power for personal monetary gain -- or for the benefit of friends and relatives. Most NGOs and funding bodies in Armenia are also the same so it's something that will continue to happen for some time to come. Anyway, wherever and however it happens, it sickens me too. No broadcasting on Public Radio, but he is ready to let them broadcast on his own private radio station? So he will cash in the money he gets from RFE/RL instead of this money going to public radio?
